Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
- The return request is made within 15 days of receiving the product.
- The product must not be tampered with, modified, or physically damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse.
- Products that are missing serial numbers, labels, or original packaging.
- Clearance or sale items marked as “Non-Returnable.”
3. Return Process
- Request a Return:
- Email us at laptopparts.salesindia@gmail.com or support@laptoppartsindia.in with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
- Approval & Pickup:
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and approve eligible returns.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
- Shipping the Product:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Use secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Inspection & Refund:
- After receiving the product, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and process the refund if eligible.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund Mode: Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) or as store credit.
- Processing Time: It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
- Deductions (if applicable): If the product is used, missing accessories, or has wear and tear, a partial refund may be issued.
5. Replacements & Exchanges
- If you received a defective or wrong item, we offer free replacements within the return period.
